What is Wisdom?
Wisdom is making practical applications of truth in daily decisions. Wisdom helps you to make good decisions like Solomon helped the two mothers get their baby. Because the two mothers were fighting whether who was the mother of this baby. So Solomon told his servant to take his sword and he will cut the baby in two and give the two mothers a half. Then the first mother said "Go cut the baby" ,but the second said "Please, don't hurt the baby give it to her." Then Solomon gave the baby to the second mother because he cared for his son. Now that is wisdom. But if you chose the wrong the decision, bad things will happen. Like if you chose to disobey and continued walking the wrong way then you could get hit by a car but if you chose to obey then your life will be saved.
What will I Do to Gain Wisdom and What are the Rewards?
You will gain wisdom if you listen, learn, and obey. This steps are so easy to think of but so hard to do. So Listen and learn and then obey. First thing is to listen to my parents, learn from correction, choose my friends correctly (because they may lead you to bad things), remember there are consequences to all my actions, ask, "what is the right thing to do then obey. See easy to read but hard to do. Try to do these steps everyday and you will gain wisdom because if you listen you will learn and if you learn you will obey. Because if you didn't listen you won't learn anything and if you didn't learn you won't do because how can you obey things you don't even know? So you must first listen and if you didn't pass in the first one you won't pass in any of the steps. Have a teachable heart and the rewards of a teachable heart (teachable heart results wisdom) is success and discretion. Discretion is looking at present situations with a wise perspective gives insight and discretion for making future decisions that will bring desirable consequences and rewards.
